How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Your item/s will be dispatched within approximately 3-4 days working days. If you require your purchase sooner, please contact us prior to processing payment to discuss express delivery options. Please note, this may not always be possible.
Dependent on the size of the item, we primarily use myHermes or an alternative courier service for larger items.
Can you ship items outside of the UK?
Our shipping rates refer to delivery within the UK mainland only.
If you are not based on the UK mainland, please contact us prior to purchase so we can put together a delivery quotation for you.
Can I return my item?
As all our items are pre-loved, they will often not be in perfect condition and may have marks, scuffs & imperfections. Where possible we will detail imperfections on the item listing and photographs. Therefore, returns will only be accepted in exceptional conditions so please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase prior to payment. If you are unsure, please contact us for further information and more photos before going ahead.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We always strive to ensure our items are packaged appropriately but should any breakages occur in transit, please contact us via email immediately with photographs of the damage.
What if my item doesn’t arrive?
We keep proof of dispatch for every item sent. If you don’t receive your parcel within 7 days, please contact us by email with your order number.
