We have an ever-growing collection of props, decor & accessories to make your wedding day extra special. Our inventory has been carefully curated over time, with many of our items vintage or one off pieces, so you can create a wedding day that is truly unique to you, in a sustainable way.

Our first wedding of the year!

We've been taking some time off (just admin in the background) over the last few months on a sort of semi-mat leave but it was really nice to be back to work over the weekend. Whilst we've taken on slightly less this summer, we've got some great weddings coming up and lots of hires to some lovely couples. Our 2026 diary is open and lots of availability still so please get in touch if you are looking for styling or prop hire.

This wedding at @norwoodparkestate for S&A was just gorgeous. The taupe table runners and gold details worked perfectly with the soft pink, peach and white floral scheme by Lucy @the_flower_fairy_uk_

Lucy and I have worked together for years now and it really does make a world of difference if your creative suppliers know each other and work well together as their style of work tends to be similar (a good way of finding suppliers is looking through instagram at styled shoots and seeing which suppliers have been involved). Of course, that being said, it's also never a problem if we don't know the other suppliers, everyone is professional and friendly and always lovely meeting new faces 🥰

We always love to see "first look" photos. If you've invested a lot into your wedding breakfast styling (that's time and effort as well as money), popping in to see it all looking beautiful before your guests (and therefore their coats, handbags, empty glasses etc 🤪) is always nice.

On the plus I'm looking forward to the autumnal colour palletes this time of year brings and we are finally getting some woodburners installed next week that we can use without worrying the house will burn down (the original ones were condemned pretty much as soon as we moved in 8 years ago) so I'm sure I'll be happy in a jumper by the fire before too long 🧡🤎

A little story...
On Tuesday morning our booked model (through no fault of her own) got stuck on a non-moving train somewhere between London and Nottingham.

We only had the studio booked for the morning but desperately wanted to shoot with a model cos' THAT dress but we had no idea if our model would make it as she had already been stuck on the train for hours.

Our lovely photographer team popped out on a coffee run and whilst at the counter, saw a woman walk past the window they thought would be perfect to stand in for us.

She was on her way to work at the time but managed to negotiate an hour off to come and help us. No prior experience, in fact, she mentioned she didn't love having her photo taken.

She blew us all away. Absolutely incredible and made to be in front of the camera.

Oh and her name is Lilac. One of the main shoot inspo colours. Not spooky at all ✨️

(Our gorgeous model Isabella did eventually get to us after spending nearly 7 hours on the train 😭 and she absolutely smashed it so we were very lucky to get shots with two models...excited to show you more of this shoot because it's a fave already)

A little story...

I always encourage couples to reuse decor and florals wherever possible.

Using plinths for your ceremony decor makes that really easy. Whether they are placed at the entrance to the space, the top of the aisle or by a welcome sign - they can simply be picked up and moved after the ceremony and reused for your reception.

Super versatile and they look great 👌

We've invested in 2x sets of 3 different heights for this season to they can be hired individually, as a set 3 or 6, so lots of options depending on your styling plans.

I really love seeing a room full of our furniture. The tables and chairs compliment each other so well. It also makes me smile to think how much they are getting to "see" - some of the chairs have markings to show they were made for King George's coronation or used in RAF offices during the war effort. And now they are getting a new lease of life out and about at your favourite days, witnessing all the joy, and that makes me very happy 🥰

I fully recommend to all my couples that if they are able, it's well worth a visit as it's a great opportunity to have a play around with different table decor and other prop hire items and see how different elements work together.

Top tips ahead of your visit:
✨️ if you have time, have a quick look at our website before coming and get an idea of which items you might want to take a better look at
✨️ if you've already sourced any table decor items, bring them with you so we can include them in table decor planning
✨️ if you have your florals confirmed, bring some images so we can make sure everything is cohesive
✨️ bring an idea of your table layout and guest numbers so we can estimate how much decor is needed

Cheap candles burn down so quickly, losing the lovely ambience candlelight creates and the wax can end up everywhere (which may mean you are stung with additional clean up charges from some of your suppliers).

How lovely do our chairs look in one of the @deckerdence vintage marquees 😍

We've still got availability for furniture hire next year. Our chairs and tables are around 80 years old now but still going strong. Some of them were made for royal occasions, some during the war - and now for your weddings & events. Just think of the stories they must hold ✨️
