Why hire a wedding stylist?

The wedding planning process can be a little overwhelming and for some, the idea of designing a blank space all too stressful and time consuming. A wedding stylist can take the stress away by creating a day that is fun, relaxed and unique, and that works at your chosen venue.  Every wedding is designed with you as a couple in mind, styled to perfection whilst ensuring your personality shines through, leaving you to enjoy the very best bits of getting wed.

 

So if you have no idea where to begin with designing your wedding or just need some help on the day to make sure everything looks amazing whilst you sip fizz with your favourite people, we’ve got you covered with our styling packages.

 

SET UP & TAKE DOWN

Once you’ve chosen which lovely two.eight.one props & décor items you would like for your day, you can add on our set up and take down service. We will take care of all the delivery and collection logistics directly with your venue and be there on the morning to set up the hired pieces you have selected and then return the following day to take it all down again.

This package includes:

  • As many visits to our Prop Room as you like to select all the items you would like to hire

  • 10% off the final total of the items you hire from us

  • Venue visit to confirm where you would like all your hired items setting up

  • Morning set up and styling of hired items

  • Pack down of hired items the following day

 

two.eight.one hire prices are an additional cost – please take a look at our hire page for details of individual item costs.

Dependent on set up requirements and time restrictions, if an additional stylist / pair of hands is required, this will be an additional cost.

Delivery and collection charges are an additional cost, which will be quoted according to distance from our base and size of items hired. Please note, overnight accommodation may be required dependent on distance to the venue.

ON THE DAY STYLING

The perfect package for those couples who want to sit back and relax on the morning of their wedding, knowing their venue set up is totally under control. It is an ideal option for those venues where set up time is limited. Whether you’ve hired some of our items, collected any pieces of your own or created any awesome DIY makes, we will be on hand to make everything look perfect, as well as overseeing any other relevant suppliers to ensure your vision comes to life.

This package includes:

  • As many visits to our Prop Room as you like to select any items you may like to hire

  • 10% off the final total of any items you hire from us

  • Venue visit to confirm where you would like all your décor setting up

  • Set up and styling of all décor pieces and styled areas

  • Pack down of all items the following day

FULL WEDDING DESIGN & STYLING

If you’ve been dreaming of your perfect day but have no idea where to start in turning your vision into a reality, this is the package for you. After an initial consultation, I’ll work up mood boards and detailed plans of how we can bring your ideas to life. As part of this service I can help source other suppliers such as cake makers, florists & stationers or liaise with already appointed suppliers to ensure continuity throughout all elements. On set up day I will ensure every final detail is in place and styled to perfection.

This package includes:

  • A free initial appointment at our Prop Room based in Desford, Leicestershire to talk through your wedding décor vision, colour schemes and the overall vibe you are after for your day

  • Bespoke styling concept including mood boards and detailed plans

  • Sourcing of any additional props, décor, table linen, crockery, glassware & cutlery (if not provided by the venue)

  • Venue visit to confirm detailed styling set up

  • 15% off the final total of any items you hire from us

  • Liaison with all other creative suppliers to ensure continuity of design

  • Set up day schedule for styling (to include all creative suppliers)

  • Set up and styling of all items

  • Pack down of all items

 

Any bespoke props/décor, table linen, crockery, glassware & cutlery required will all be an additional cost.

Other supplier costs (for example florals & stationary) are not included within the package fee. We can add these on if required, leaving you with just one budget, at your request.
